by Khristy Knudtson
Flying on frontage roads,
sipping iced coffee,
and carbonated water,
thrift-store finds
stuffed in the hatchback.
Two 30-somethings
ignored their latest
existential crises
for a sunset, a summer high,
singing Third Eye Blind and The Cardigans.
